You may bring up to 4 guests - whose opinions you value most. To ensure the best experience possible for every bride, we kindly ask that large groups and unsupervised children, do not accompany you. While we adore kids, they can be a distraction for the bride and others in the store. Please ensure childcare arrangements are made for the day of your appointment.

You will work one-on-one with a bridal stylist who will guide you through the process of finding your gown. Together you’ll browse styles, select gowns to try, and your stylist will assist with fitting and styling so you can truly experience each dress.

All of our gowns are off the rack only; our manufacturers occasionally do have stock in their warehouse that can be shipped in one to two weeks.

Most special occasion gowns range from $300 to $1,400, depending on the designer and style.

No. We do have a list of recommended seamstresses that we love and we would be happy to share those with you when your dress is purchased.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. A $50 no-show fee may apply if an appointment is missed or cancelled outside of that time frame.

Due to the nature of formalwear, all gown purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
